With the proliferation of social media, it’s important to make sure your website is optimized for social media. Open Graph is a markup language used on websites to indicate which social media platforms can be used to share content from that site. This can include things like embedded Tweets and Facebook posts, as well as sharing links directly from the website. If your website isn’t optimized for open graph, users may not be able to share content from your site easily on social media. To check if your website is optimized for open graph, use our Open Graph Checker & Testining Tool. It will take a few minutes to run, but it will help you ensure that your website is ready for the social media explosion.

What is Open Graph?

What is Open Graph?
Open Graph is a protocol that allows websites to share data and metadata about their content with other websites. This can include things like author information, social media links, and even the location of photos.

Open Graph Checker & Testining Tool
To help you test whether your website is compliant with the Open Graph protocol, we've developed an online Open Graph Checker & Testining Tool. Simply enter your website's URL into the tool and it will check whether your site is using all required elements and properties. If there are any issues, we will point them out for you.

What is the Open Graph Checker?

If you’re looking to get a better understanding of how your website is performing with regards to the Open Graph protocol, than you need to check out the Open Graph Checker. This tool checks whether your site is properly registered with Facebook and following best practices for uploading metadata. It also generates a report that can help you optimize your web presence.

The Open Graph Checker is available as a Chrome Extension and as a Firefox Add-on. You can find more information on its official website.

How to use the Open Graph Checker?

The Open Graph Checker is a tool that can be used to test the online presence of a website. The Open Graph Checker scans a website for common elements of the Open Graph protocol and reports any violations.

To use the Open Graph Checker, first install the Chrome extension. Once installed, open Chrome and visit the website you want to check. Next, click on the 'Open Graph Checker' icon in the upper right corner of Chrome.

The Open Graph Checker will scan your website for elements of the Open Graph protocol. A violation will be reported if it is detected on your website.

Use the 'Report Violation' button to submit a report if there are any violations found on your website.

How to check the Open Graph Checker results?

The Open Graph Checker tool is a great way to verify the presence of Open Graph meta tags and content on your website. By checking the results, you can make sure that your website is displaying the correct information in the right places and that you're meeting all of Facebook's requirements.

To run the Open Graph Checker, navigate to your website's /_config/open-graph-checker.php file and enter your site's domain name and Facebook ID. The tool will then check for the following:

1. The presence of a meta tag named "og:type" with a value of "webpage"
2. The inclusion of at least one tag with href attributes containing the FB logo and "fb" prefix
3. The inclusion of at least onetag with a value that includes both your domain name and a keyword from Facebook's list of approved titles (see this guide for more information)
4. The inclusion of at least onetag containing 50 characters or less

If any of these conditions are not met, the Open Graph Checker will provide instructions on how to correct them.
